Complete case file
You need the pleadings, evidence, correspondence, expert material, orders and other selected documents handled together.
One case. Keep every document in order.
Send the document list, tell us which court, tribunal, lawyer or authority will use it, and include the real deadline. We check what needs translating, the language and the provider before payment.
Clear boundary: we translate the documents selected by you or your legal team. We do not choose evidence, draft pleadings, advise case strategy, authenticate the source or promise filing acceptance.
What needs translating?
A complete matter, lawyer-selected documents and a late addition to an ongoing case need different handling.
You need the pleadings, evidence, correspondence, expert material, orders and other selected documents handled together.
Your lawyer, court or registry identifies what it needs. We translate those documents without choosing the evidence for you.
Send it under the same case reference with any earlier translation so names, terms and exhibit labels can be checked for consistency.
Build the intake map
A case may change over time. The first check separates current files from duplicates, superseded versions and documents that have not arrived yet.
Name the exact court, tribunal, registry, authority or lawyer, and attach the written filing instruction if you have it.
List each pleading, exhibit, report, notice, order or judgment and identify the version that should be used.
Include every page, reverse side, annex, exhibit and attachment that belongs to the selected document.
Send prior filed translations, approved party spellings, a case glossary or an index when one already exists.
Give the filing date, time and time zone, plus the digital or physical format requested by the receiving party.
From intake to delivery

02
Documents, language, provider, delivery format, quote and realistic timing are confirmed before work.
03
Approved names, case references, dates, amounts, defined terms and exhibit labels are recorded for the case.
04
The selected files follow the confirmed priority, with cross-file identifiers checked against the case record.
05
The confirmed digital or physical files are delivered with clear names or batches. Submission remains with you or your legal team.
Focused document routes
This hub owns the general court-document decision. These pages keep judgment, arbitration, RDC and message-evidence questions in their proper place.
For a judgment, verdict, order, appeal decision or recognition question, use the focused judgment page.
Open the focused pageFor an award, arbitration agreement or enforcement set, use the focused arbitration page.
Open the focused pageFor Rental Disputes Center matters, use the WhatsApp-only RDC bundle page.
Open the focused pageFor chats, screenshots, voice notes and exhibit preparation questions, use the focused evidence page.
Open the focused pageMore detail, only if you need it
The useful depth from the old page remains here, corrected and closed by default.
A matter may contain claims, defences, memoranda, witness statements, expert reports, notices, correspondence, contracts, exhibits, orders, judgments or arbitration documents. The actual set depends on the case and the receiving forum.
Use the verdict page for a judgment-focused request and the arbitration page for an award-focused request. Contracts submitted as evidence remain connected to the contract translation service.
Your lawyer or receiving forum determines which documents are legally necessary. We translate the set identified in the written scope.
Party and company names, case or claim references, dates, amounts, currencies, defined terms and exhibit labels may repeat across documents received weeks or months apart.
Send earlier filed translations, approved spellings and a case index when available. A new document should be marked as an addition or replacement so a superseded version is not silently treated as current.
If an attachment or referenced exhibit is missing, we flag what is visible and ask for the source. We do not invent the missing record.
The federal Civil Procedure Code generally uses Arabic for court proceedings but allows English in certain designated proceedings or cases.
DIFC Courts Rules 2.2–2.3 state that proceedings and documents filed or served are in English. ADGM Courts also states that its proceedings and submitted documents are in English.
Tell us the exact court, tribunal or registry. Its instruction and your legal team determine the filing set, target language and format.
For a translated document submitted to a court or to an authority carrying out authentication or certification, UAE translation law generally requires fulfilment by a translator or translation house listed under that framework, subject to the law’s limited exception.
See the official Federal Decree-Law regulating the translation profession and the Ministry of Justice translator search.
OnlineTranslation.ae coordinates intake, customer support, project handling, logistics and digital delivery. Where registered legal translation is required, Arkan Legal Translation provides the licensed fulfilment. Provider details are available on our credentials page.
Translation is one part of a foreign-judgment or arbitration-award file. It does not decide whether the decision is final, recognisable or enforceable, or what supporting evidence the chosen forum requires.
The Civil Procedure Code, Articles 222–223 assigns foreign-order enforcement questions to the competent execution judge. The UAE Arbitration Law, Article 55 lists documents for an award-enforcement request under that law, including a certified Arabic translation when the award is not in Arabic.
Ask your lawyer or receiving court to identify the exact route and document list, then send that instruction with the source files.
If your lawyer, court or receiving authority has expressly confirmed that UAE MOFA attestation is required, complete MOFA on the original first. Then send the final stamped or stickered document so those details can be included in the translation.
If nobody has asked for MOFA, do not order it from this page alone. The receiving forum determines whether authentication or attestation forms part of its filing requirements.
See the plain-language MOFA-first document sequence.
UAE translation law requires a registered translator not to divulge information accessed through translation work. That statutory duty does not prove that every client’s technology, retention or access policy is automatically met.
If the matter needs a particular NDA, restricted access, deletion instruction, transfer channel, courier arrangement or named point of contact, ask before sending the sensitive material. The written scope should say what can be arranged.
Do not rely on an unstated promise about encrypted systems, automatic deletion, a restricted team or secure courier. Confirm the handling requirement in writing.
Timing is confirmed only after the document inventory, complete files, language pair, scan quality, terminology, requested credential, deadline and current capacity are reviewed.
A large matter may be delivered in agreed batches. The written scope should identify the priority order, batch contents and delivery format so later files are not confused with earlier versions.
You or your legal team remain responsible for calculating and meeting the filing deadline, checking the court portal and submitting the required documents. Translation delivery does not extend a legal deadline.
Common questions about our translation services.
No single answer covers every forum. UAE mainland proceedings generally use Arabic, while DIFC and ADGM Courts use English. Send the exact court, tribunal or registry instruction before we confirm the target language or licensed-provider arrangement.
Yes, when your lawyer or receiving forum has identified that filing set. Send the document list and the complete pages and attachments for each selected item. We do not decide which evidence the case legally requires.
Send it under the same case reference and identify whether it replaces or adds to an earlier file. Include any earlier translation so names, terms, dates and exhibit labels can be checked across the matter.
No. We prepare the documents confirmed in writing and can flag visible file issues. The court, registry or authority decides acceptance and may request more documents, authentication or a different format.
We first review the document list, files, language pair, scan quality, terminology, requested certification, deadline and delivery plan. The written quote then identifies the included documents and any delivery batches.
Timing is confirmed only after the complete file and current capacity are checked. Send the exact filing date, time and time zone. A large matter may be delivered in confirmed batches, but no deadline is promised until it is confirmed in writing.
Send the receiving court or tribunal, its instruction, the documents, required language and real deadline. We will confirm what is included, the provider, quote and realistic timing before payment.
