Full contract translation
The agreed complete set is translated, including the pages and attachments named in the written scope.
One agreement. Every definition, clause and schedule kept connected.
Send the complete agreement, including schedules, annexes, amendments and signature pages. Tell us who needs it and whether you want the full agreement, a recipient-confirmed extract or a bilingual comparison.
Clear boundary: translation follows the agreed source. Redrafting, legal review, notarisation and legal advice are separate work.
Choose the actual job
Translation, extracting selected clauses and comparing two existing versions are different scopes. Contract drafting and legal review are different services.
The agreed complete set is translated, including the pages and attachments named in the written scope.
Send the full agreement for context, then identify the extract accepted by the lawyer, court or receiving party.
Comparing two existing language versions is separate from translating one source and must be scoped separately.
The agreement spine
A term defined near the beginning may control a payment clause, schedule or amendment much later. An isolated page can lose that connection.
Cover, recitals, definitions and every numbered clause.
Tables, specifications, exhibits and attachments referred to in the clauses.
Every later document that changes an amount, date, party, term or obligation.
Signed, initialled or execution pages, including any continuation page.
Who will use it, the language requested, the exact service or filing, and your deadline.
From file to deliverable
01
Send the connected agreement and tell us exactly who will use it.
02
We confirm the included pages, language pair, credential, format, quote and realistic timing.
03
Repeated terms, figures and cross-references stay aligned, then the agreed digital or physical format is delivered.
Focused contract pages
These pages hold the document-specific questions. This hub remains the owner for general contract translation in Dubai.
Residential or commercial lease files, including the schedules and current addenda that belong with the agreement.
Open the focused pageTranslate the existing MOU while keeping party names, defined terms, dates and referenced attachments consistent.
Open the focused pageKeep repeated confidentiality terms, permitted-use wording, parties and notice clauses aligned across the file.
Open the focused pageTranslate the agreed SPA together with the schedules, annexes and amendments included in the confirmed scope.
Open the focused pageMore detail, only if you need it
The useful depth from the old page remains here, corrected and closed by default.
A defined term is a word the contract gives a special meaning, such as “Services” or “Completion Date”. That wording should stay consistent wherever it appears.
When one clause points to another clause or schedule, the translated reference should still lead to the right place. Party and company names, amounts, currencies, percentages, dates and notice periods also need the complete-file context.
Send approved spellings, a terminology list or an earlier agreed translation when one already exists. We use references for consistency without silently changing the source.
A schedule or annex may contain the price table, specifications, property details, service levels or other information referred to in the main clauses. Send it with the agreement.
An amendment may change an earlier clause. Send the base agreement and every relevant amendment or addendum together so the written scope can identify the current connected set.
If a page or annex is missing, we flag what is visible and ask for the source. We do not invent the missing wording.
Tell us the exact forum or service. The federal Civil Procedure Code generally uses Arabic for court proceedings but allows English in certain designated proceedings or cases. DIFC Courts Rules state that DIFC proceedings and filed or served documents are in English.
Translation and notarisation are separate. Dubai Courts publishes service-specific document instructions for its Contract and Minutes attestation service. Other notary services and Emirates may use different instructions.
A court, authority or notary decides what it will accept. Send its current instruction before we confirm the target language, credential or format.
For a translated document submitted to a court or to an authority carrying out authentication or certification, UAE translation law generally requires fulfilment by a translator or translation house listed under that framework, subject to the law’s limited exception. For private or commercial use, ask the recipient what credential it requires.
See the official Federal Decree-Law regulating the translation profession and the Ministry of Justice translator search.
OnlineTranslation.ae coordinates intake, customer support, document handling, logistics and digital delivery. Where the recipient requests MOJ-licensed legal translation, we confirm the provider credential and fulfilment arrangement before work starts. Current credential context is available on our credentials page.
If you need only an extract, ask the lawyer, court or recipient to identify the exact clauses or pages it accepts. Send the full agreement for context even when the confirmed deliverable is smaller.
If Arabic and English versions already exist, a side-by-side comparison is a different job from translating one source. We can identify apparent text differences for referral to your lawyer; we do not decide which version prevails or what legal effect a difference has.
Construction, technology, distribution, shareholder, employment and service agreements may use specialised terms. Send any approved glossary, earlier contract, product specification or editable file that the team already uses.
Reference material guides consistency. It does not authorise us to repair, modernise or redraft the signed source without a separately agreed drafting or legal-review service.
Timing and format are confirmed after we review the complete file, language pair, terminology, recipient requirement and delivery scope. There is no responsible fixed promise for every contract length or complexity.
UAE translation law requires a registered translator not to divulge information accessed through translation work. Tell us before sending the file if your organisation needs a particular NDA, access restriction or handling arrangement.
Digital delivery is available. Ask about a signed or stamped physical original, collection or courier only if the recipient needs it; include the agreed arrangement in the written scope.
Common questions about our translation services.
No. The required credential depends on who will use the contract and what they asked for. Tell us the exact court, authority, notary, company or adviser before we confirm the translation arrangement.
Possibly, if the receiving party accepts an extract. Send the whole agreement for context because definitions, cross-references and amendments outside the selected pages may control the clauses you need.
Tell us whether you need one version translated or the two existing versions compared. A bilingual comparison is separately scoped. We can identify apparent text differences for referral to your lawyer, but we do not decide their legal effect.
This service translates existing text. Drafting, redrafting, legal advice, enforceability review and choosing which language prevails are separate legal tasks.
Send the complete agreement, schedules, annexes, amendments and signature pages. Add the exact recipient or use, source and target languages, deadline, and any editable file or approved terminology reference.
The quote and timing depend on the complete file, language pair, length, formatting, terminology, requested credential, delivery format and current provider availability. We confirm both after reviewing the actual agreement.
Send the connected file and the exact recipient or use. We will confirm the scope, provider arrangement, quote and realistic timing before you pay.
